Here, maybe for the last time, we visit the case of Troy Davis, scheduled to die by lethal injection tonight. There are serious questions as to his guilt. His case has been rejected for reconsideration by the Georgia Supreme Court and granted a hearing by the US Supreme Court .. . . IN SIX DAYS!!! This makes no sense and in no way reflects a society with a grain of humanity in its soul. This is exactly why we cannot have a death penalty in this country. If one life is still valuable to us, then maybe we will have the moral strength to save ourselves.
